2021 FEBRUARY 02 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 3 - <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />None <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM González/CM Suchil to close the public hearing. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discernment and discussion between Mayor and Councilmembers present, with clarification provide by staff: <br />Director Tomich. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/Toro to waive full reading, read by title only and introduce Ordinance No. O- <br />01-21 with changes related to the following: (1) Development Services Director shall approve or conditional <br />approve Architectural and Site Plan Review to modify front yard and landscaping requirements within the R-1 <br />Zone for properties with no available on-street parking within sixty (60) feet of property line; and (2) The <br />maximum Building Height Shall be three stories or forty feet. Buildings over, up to 50 feet may be permitted <br />with the approval of Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Vote: Motion carried with CM González voting NO. <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />(2) Mid-Year Budget Review - Approve and Adopt a Resolution for FY2020-21 Mid-Year Budget Review, <br />RESOLUTION NO.
