O-02-21. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Fire Chief McHargue and Associate Sara Levine, BB&K presented for Council consideration an overview of <br />the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />None <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discernment and discussion between Mayor and Councilmembers present, with clarification provide by staff: <br />Fire Chief McHargue; Associate Levine; City Attorney Campos; and City Manager Smith <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/MPT Cisneros to waive full reading, read by title only and introduce <br />Ordinance No. O-02-21 with the following modifications/changes: <br /> <br /> No fireworks booths to be located within one mile of Cal-Fire designated Very High Fire Hazard <br />Severity Zones located within the City of Colton. <br /> <br /> Administrative fines to include a disposal fee similar to Article 20.
