2016 OCTOBER 18 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 6 - <br />Staff Presentation <br />Ron Hagan, Senior Associate Consultant, ICG, presented for Council review with the assistance of a <br />PowerPoint presentation ‘City of Colton Regional Soccer Complex and Community Park, City Council <br />Conceptual Site Plan and Environmental Study; and concluded with a request to approve and accept the <br />conceptual site plan for the Colton Sport Complex and Community Park. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Gary Grossich <br /> <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discussion by Councilmembers present with clarification provided by Director Kolk and Consultant Hagan. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Navarro/CM Jorrin to approve the conceptual site plan for the Colton Sports <br />Complex and Community Park. <br />Vote: Motion carried with CM Bennett absent. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S REPORTS <br />City Manager Smith introduced the recent appointment of Human Resources Director, Elvie Balderrama, who <br />was in attendance. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 9:12 p.m. Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________________________________________________ Carolina R.
