2016 NOVEMBER 23 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA ADJOURNED MEETING - 1 - CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING November 23, 2016 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 5:33 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Pro Tem Suchil presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Toro, Navarro, González, MPT Suchil, and Mayor DeLaRosa; with Jorrin and Bennett absent. STAFF PRESENT City Manager Smith, Asst. City Attorney Martinez, and City Clerk Padilla. Public Comment None CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor DeLaRosa presented the Consent Calendar Item 1. Councilmembers present selected items for discussion and clarification by staff: None (1) Second Reading of Ordinance No. O-25-16 - Waive full reading and pass second reading of Ordinance No. O-25-16, amending the title of Section 2.04.040 of Chapter 2.04 of the Colton Municipal Code relating to the Executive Assistant to the Council/Office Manager and Section 2.04.040 itself, ORDINANCE NO. O-25-16. Motion and Second by MPT Suchil/CM Navarro to waive full reading and pass second reading of Ordinance No. O-25-16. Vote: Motion carried with CM Jorrin and CM Bennett absent. BUSINESS ITEMS (2) Employment Agreement for the Executive Administrator to the Mayor and Council – Approve the employment agreement between the City of Colton and the Executive Administrator to the Mayor and Council. (Previous Item 18 – Council Meeting of November 15, 2016). Motion and Second by MPT Suchil/CM Navarro to continue Item 2 to the next Regular Council Meeting of December 6, 2016. Vote: Motion carried with CM Jorrin and CM Bennett absent.
