2016 NOVEMBER 23 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA SPECIAL MEETING - 1 - <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />November 23, 2016 <br /> <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held at 5:39 p.m. on the above- <br />given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, <br />California, Mayor DeLaRosa presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on November 22, <br />2016, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Navarro, González, MPT Suchil, and Mayor DeLaRosa; <br />with Jorrin and Bennett absent. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, Asst. City Attorney Martinez, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />1. Approve and Adopt a Resolution to amend the budget for Fiscal Year 2016-17 to <br />appropriate additional funds for the employment agreement for the Executive <br />Administrator to the Mayor and Council, RESOLUTION NO. R-116-16. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Navarro/CM González to continue Item 1 to the next Regular <br />Council Meeting of December 6, 2016. <br />Vote: Motion carried with CM Jorrin and CM Bennett absent. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 5:42 p.m. Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Special Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________________________________________________ <br />Carolina R.
