CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Gov. Code sec. 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Name of Case: Manuel Bravo Martinez v. City of Colton, et al. <br />Case Number: US District Court, Central District, Case No. 5:16-cv-00702 <br /> <br />C. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Gov. Code sec. 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Name of Case: Ronald Collins v. City of Colton, et al. <br />Case Number: San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. CIVDS 1501669; US District Court, <br />Central District, Case No. 5:15-cv-01771 <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. and at 6:06 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members as heretofore.. <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and discussed Item A through C <br />with direction given to staff and no reportable action. <br /> <br /> <br />
