Suchil, Mayor Pro Tem <br /> <br />Council Members Absent <br />None <br /> <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS <br /> <br /> Presentation - Donation of books to the City of Colton Libraries by Inlandia Institute <br />Inlandia Institute, is a non-profit organization whose mission is "to recognize, support and expand literary activity in the Inland <br />Empire. <br /> <br />Frances J. Vasquez, President/CEO of the Inlandia Institutive presented several books to the City of Colton <br />Libraries: Empire by Lewis DeSoto; and Rose Hill: An Intermarriage Before Its Time by Carlos E. Cortés; <br />accepted by Deb Farrar, Community Services Director on behalf of the City of Colton Libraries. <br /> <br /> Presentation - Colton Community Videos <br />Art Morgan, Economic Development Manager, announced the additional Colton Community Videos; an eight <br />video tour of the City of Colton; available on the City of Colton Website. <br /> <br /> Recognition - Employee Retiring at the end of the Year 2016 <br />Roberta Wickman, Manager, Support Services Division, City of Colton Police Department. <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa presented a Proclamation on behalf of the City Council; Police Chief Owens presented the <br />Chief Service Award Plaque on behalf of the Colton Police Department; CPOA Vice-President Mike Collins, <br />Community Services Officer, presented a shadow box of Colton Police Department In-Service Patches active <br />during the 31 ½ years Roberta Wickman worked at the Police Department; also presented on behalf of the City <br />of Colton a Jade Award Clock – gleaming metal accented quartz movement floats in jade glass which included <br />an engraving of the City of Colton Logo and years of service. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF December 20, <br />2016 <br /> <br />GIFT DISCLOSURES <br />Mayor DeLaRosa asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest <br />pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
