2019 JULY 16 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 1 - <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MINUTES <br /> <br />July 16, 2019 <br /> <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, <br />with Mayor Navarro presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro (absent/excused), Cisneros, Koperski, González, Woods, Suchil; and Mayor <br />Navarro. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />Acting City Manager, Director Kolk, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A; Item B <br />will not be discussed and pulled from the Closed Session Agenda. <br /> <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Initiation of Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) One (1) Potential Case <br /> <br />The following Item B pulled and not discussed. <br />B.
