COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 7, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Mayor Gonzales stated that Item No. 4 would be removed from the Con- <br />sent Calendar, and discussed as a separate item. <br />(1) Minutes <br />March 17, 1987 and March 31, 1987 <br />(2) Warrants <br />58086 through 58379, 130335 through 130588 (March 19, 1987) <br />130589 through 130841 (April 2, 1987) inclusive, as recom- <br />mended by the Assistant City Manager for Administrative <br />Services. <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Pacific Equipment & Irrigation, Inc., <br />$6,672.70, for a riding lawnmower. <br />(4) Audits <br />Receive and file Fiscal Year 1985-86 Annual Financial Audit. <br />(Removed from the Consent Calendar) <br />(5) Contracts <br />Authorization for City Manager to negotiate Contract(s) for <br />Financial Advisory Services for 1987-88 calendar years. <br />(6) Deeds <br />Acceptance of Lower Warm Creek Parcel 40 from San Bernardino <br />County Flood Control District for the extension of Orange <br />Show Road. <br />(7) Tracts <br />Approval of Tract Nos. 13424 & 13471 for recording. <br />y (8) Easements <br />Acceptance of Easement dedication for Cooley Drive Ex - <br />1 <br />
