CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY 4,1996 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />APPROVAL: N Enriq e DtAAartimez, City Managerp. <br />mora <br />FROM: Davil R. amora <br />Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT: Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 0-19-95, amending <br />The Uniform Building Code (Volumes 1, 11 and 111, and State <br />of California Amendments) <br />The Uniform Mechanical Code <br />The Uniform Plumbing Code <br />The National Electrical Code <br />(hereafter referred to as the Uniform Model Codes), <br />their Supplements and State of California Amendments <br />DATE: <br />December 20, 1995 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On Tuesday, December 19, 1995, the City Council did review the first reading of Ordinance <br />Number 0-19-95, amending the Uniform Model Codes, their supplements, and State of <br />California Amendments. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />At this time, Ordinance Number 0-19-95 is submitted for the second reading and adoption by <br />City Council. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council waive full reading, pass second reading, and adopt Ordinance <br />Number 0-19-95. <br />Attachment: Ordinance <br />t I <br />
