APIUL 3 1995 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:30 P a M , in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall duly noticed Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered by chaplain James Stovall. <br />ROLL CALL.- <br />Councilmembers present. were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, <br />Sanders, Beltran, and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />May®r Fulp invoked the rules of decorum, calling for mutual respect <br />and calling attention to the 5 minutes limitation. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations, Awards Proclamations <br />As requested, Council ember Beltran read the proclamation <br />declaring the week of April 10-16, 1995 as National Community <br />Development Week. Community Development Director David Zamora <br />accepted the document. <br />As requested,, Counc lm b .r Bennett read, the proclamation <br />declaring the Month of .April 1995 as Natural resources <br />Conservation Month It was announced that the document would <br />be mailed to theRiverside-Corona Resources District. <br />As requested, Councilme ber Cook read, the proclamation <br />declaring April 8. 1995 as Purple Bow Day (for American Cancer <br />Patients.)
