COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 3, 1995 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:30 P a M a ffi 'in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall as duly noticed, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Michael McNally. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, <br />Sanders, Beltran, and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />AGENDA REVIEWO <br />Motion by Count i lmem r Beltran, seconded by Councilmember Hatton, <br />to advance the Closed Session items ahead of the consent Calendar, <br />and, that all budgetary items, including Agenda Iters Nos. 8 and. 9 <br />be continued to the adjourned Meeting scheduled for Saturday, <br />January 21,, 1995 at 8:00 A4 M., all day. Unanimous vote. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />Mayor Fulp announced. the City Council would adjourn to Closed <br />Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 to confer with <br />its Labor Negotiator regarding negotiations with representatives of <br />the General Employees Unit, Management/ Confidential Unit, and <br />International Brotherhood of Electrical Works, Local 47 (Electric <br />Unit.) <br />Mayor Fulp also announced. the City Council would adjourn to Closed <br />Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 with respect to <br />Public Employment: Recruitment of PoliceChief; and with respect. <br />to Public Employee Appointment.- Appoi e of Interim Police <br />Chief. <br />The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:37 P. M., and <br />reconvened at 7:36 P. M., all Members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced Council had mat in Closed.
