CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JANUARY 16, 2001 <br />The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order at 6:22 P. M., by City Clerk <br />Barrera, who noted the absence of the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore. Upon direction of the <br />City Clerk and consensus of the Members present, Councilmember Donald J. Sanders was <br />selected to preside over the meeting. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Councilmember Ramos led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Chaplain Ed List led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Richard A.
