CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 2002 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council for the City of Colton was held at 8:10 p.m., on the above <br />given date in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, <br />Colton, California, Mayor Bennett presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on September <br />18, 2002, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Members Present: <br />Mayor Deirdre H. Bennett <br />Ramon M. Hernandez <br />Richard A. DeLaRosa <br />Kelly J. Chastain <br />Helen A. Ramos <br />John D. Mitchell <br />Sarah S. Zamora <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Staff Present: <br />Daryl Parrish, City Manager <br />Dean Derleth, City Attorney <br />Sabdi Espinoza, Office Specialist II <br />City Attorney Dean Derleth announced that the Council Members would meet in Closed Session <br />to discuss Items No. 1 as listed below: <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Negotiator: Al Holliman <br />Employee Organization: CWA and Executive Units <br />At 8:11 p.m. Mayor Bennett declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session and at 8:29 <br />p.m., the meeting was reconvened with all Members present as theretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council Members did meet in Closed Session on the <br />following Item No. 1: <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Employee Organization: CWA and Executive Units <br />ACTION: No reportable action. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 9:30 p.m., Mayor Bennett declared the Special Meeting adjourned. <br />Carolina P.
