That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commision of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />Application to amend Section 18.12 Of Ordinance No. 1602, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the map on <br />file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zoning Map No. 50 <br />Change of Zone from M-1, Light Manufacturing, <br />to C-2, General Commercial, on property located <br />at 12475 Iowa Avenue, east of the Riverside <br />Freeway and just north of the southerly city <br />limits. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />force and effective thirty (3)) days after final passage. <br />
