That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1074, and Chapter <br />10.04, Section 10.04.130 16.a, Article XV of the Colton Munici- <br />pal Code, are hereby amended by adding thereto the following: <br />a. La Cadena Drive from "E" Street north <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 35 MPH <br />b. Mt. Vernon Avenue between Washington Street and the <br />north City Limit <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 40 MPH <br />C. Washington Street east of Bluff Road <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 40 MPH <br />2. Adoption. This Ordinance is an emergency ordinance <br />and is adopted pursuant to Section 36937 (b) of the California <br />Government Code. <br />This Ordinance is adopted as an emergency measure <br />and the City Council of the City of Colton hereby finds that an <br />emergency exists within the limits of the City of Colton regard- <br />ing public safety, health and welfare of said City and that this <br />Ordinance is adopted to protect said public safety, health and <br />welfare of said City. <br />3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />
