2 3I i 41 i 5i 6i 71 8I 9 10 11 12' 13 II' 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 FOLLOWS: ORDINANCE NO. 1655 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1602, AS AMENDED, AND PROVID- ING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance No. 1602, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: Map No. 4 Change of Zone from R-3, Multiple Family Residential, to R-3/PC, Multiple Family Residential -Planned Com- munity, on property located at the northwest and north- east corners of Eucalyptus and San Bernardino Avenue. (Index No. A-7-83) 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Jfficial Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in Force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage.
