The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a Text Amend- <br />ment to Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code and Ordinance No. <br />1602. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown is as follows: <br />Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code, Chapter 18.32, <br />Administration, is amended to read as per Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto. <br />SECTION TWO. The Text Amendment herein above stated is <br />hereby approved. <br />SECTION THREE. This ordinance shall be in force and ef- <br />fective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in <br />the Colton Courier., a weekly newspaper., hereby designated for the <br />purpose. <br />1985. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, <br />
