111 <br />2 <br />31 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />ORDINANCE 0-13-86 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1466. <br />October 1, 1974, Ordinance No. 1466 was adopted. That Ordinance <br />referred to various fire ordinances of the City and repealed certain such <br />prior ordinances. A review of Ordinance No. 1466 reveals that it included <br />inadvertently certain ordinances which should not have been listed therein. <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to correct the mistaken listing in Ordinance <br />No. 1466. <br />8 <br />9 <br />as follows. <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />221 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton ordains <br />Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1466 is amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 3. The following ordinances and/or sections thereof <br />are hereby specifically repealed: <br />Ordinance No. 234 - Codification of City of Colton Ordinances, <br />adopted October 1, 1907, Codes 69, 70, 71, 73, 74, 81, 82, 84, 85 101, 114, <br />115, 116, 124, 127, 130, 134 and 135. <br />Ordinance No. 553 - Prohibiting Minors from Playing Certain Types <br />of Machines or Games. (II) <br />Ordinance No. 913 - Prohibiting the Posession, Use or Operation <br />of any Pinball Machine, or Marble Machine or <br />Other Similar Device. <br />Ordinance No. 1119 - An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 553 <br />as Amended by Ordinance No. 609. Section II. <br />The effect of this ordinance shall relate back to October 1, <br />11974, and, for all purposes, it shall be deemed that Ordinance No. 1466 as <br />originally adopted was in the form provided in this ordinance. The reference <br />in Ordinance No. 1466 listing for repeal ordinances not named in this ordinance <br />Ishall have no effect. The action taken now shall relate back and be the same <br />as if it had been taken at the original adoption of Ordinance No. 1466. The <br />only ordinances repealed by Ordinance No. 1466 shall be those listed in Section <br />
