1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-24-89 <br />2 <br />3 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE <br />4 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, <br />PLANNING DIVISION <br />5 <br />BE <br />IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON A <br />6 <br />FOLLOWS: <br />7 <br />SECTION ONE <br />8 <br />The <br />City Council finds and declares: <br />9 <br />it has recognized that as part of the Planning process, <br />1. <br />That <br />10 <br />Planning Division staff time and city resources are utilize <br />11 <br />to provide certain services and actions, in addition to <br />12 <br />those currently approved for fees. <br />13 <br />2. <br />That the Planning Division staff, after surveying <br />14 <br />surrounding cities and evaluating our cost for current, <br />15 <br />planning services and actions, is recommending the <br />16 <br />establishment or amendment of fees for said services an <br />17 <br />actions. <br />18 <br />3. <br />That staff is presenting to City Council a resolution <br />19 <br />setting the appropriate fees for the following services an <br />20 <br />actions: <br />21 <br />Annexation - Pre -Zoning <br />22 <br />Annexation Processing LCity Fee only) <br />23 <br />Appeal <br />24 <br />Planning Commission Decision To City Council <br />25 <br />Design Review, or Di.rec.tor decision to Planning <br />26 <br />Commission <br />27 <br />28 <br />
