ill ORDINANCE NO. 0-25-89 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, ADDING SECTION 7.08.021 <br />3 TO CHAPTER 7 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE REGARDING WAIVER OF CERTAIN DOG <br />4 LICENSE FEES. <br />5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />6 DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />7 There is hereby added to the Municipal Code of the <br />8 City of Colton, Chapter 7.08.021, which is to read as follows: <br />9 CHAPTER 7.08 DOGS AND CATS --DANGEROUS ANIMALS <br />10 Section 7.08.021 Dogs --License Fee --Waiver <br />11 The Finance Director may, at his/her discretion, <br />12 waive payment of the required license fee to an owner, custodian <br />13 or trainer of a dog, if such dog is, or is in training to be, a <br />14 Iguide dog for the blind, signal dog for the deaf, or service dog <br />15 to the disabled. The owner, custodian or trainer of such a dog <br />16 may be requested to submit proof that the dog has been success - <br />17 fully trained as a guide, signal or service dog, or is currently <br />18 involved in such training. <br />19 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of <br />20 November, 1989. <br />21 <br />22 `' <br />FRANK A.
