The Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding Chapter 19.18 to <br />read as follows: <br />"Chapter 19.18 <br />Disorderly Conduct <br />Sections: <br />19.18.010 Disorderly Conduct --Defined <br />19.18.020 Disorderly Conduct --Prohibited <br />19.18.030 Penal <br />19.18.040 Enforcement <br />19.18.010 Disorderly Conduct --De <br />fined. Disorderly conduct means <br />engaging in any of the following acts: <br />A. Accosting other persons in any public place or in any place open to the <br />public for the purpose of begging or soliciting alms. <br />B. Loitering in or about any toilet open to the public for the purpose of <br />engaging in or soliciting any lewd or lascivious or any unlawful act. <br />
