Regular meetings of the city council shall be held in the <br />council chambers in the City Hall on the first Tuesday and third Tuesday of each <br />month at the hour of six -thirty p.m., provided, however, that whenever either the first <br />Tuesday or third Tuesday so appointed is a legal holiday, then the regular meeting <br />of the city council shall be held in the council chambers in the City hall at the hour <br />of six thirty p.m. on the Wednesday following that Tuesday or at such other time as <br />the City Council may determine by resolution." <br />SECTION 2: One complete copy of this ordinance shall be certified to be a true, <br />correct, and complete copy by the City Clerk of Colton and shall be kept on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk. <br />SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance or a summary thereof to be <br />published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in Colton, California. and the Ordinance shall take effect according <br />to law thirty (30) days from the date of final passage and approval. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July , 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
