That an amendment to the contract between the CITY COUNCIL of the <br />OF COLTON and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' <br />System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked EXHIB <br />"A', and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. <br />SECTION 2. The MAYOR and the CITY OF COLTON is hereby authorized, empowered, a <br />directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said CITY COUNCIL. <br />SECTION 3. The Ordinance shall take effect THIRTY days after the date of its adoption, a <br />prior to the expiration of FIFTEEN (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published <br />least ONCE in the SAN BERNARDINO SUN, a newspaper of general circulation, publisr <br />and circulated in the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO and thenceforth and thereafter 1 <br />same shall be in full force and effect. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5-thday of May L98. <br />ATTEST: <br />tl <br />AROLINA P.
