The construction tax rate shall be predicated on the valuation <br />of any new construction of non-residential improvements and may set maximum tax <br />amounts by category of improvement. <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance or a summary of it to be <br />published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in Colton, California, and this Ordinance shall take effect <br />according to law thirty (30) days after its passage. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6ttday of his 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />a''�4 _ t� <br />Carolina P.
