The City Council of the City of Colton having <br />elected to proceed under the provisions of Section 8300-8331 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a <br />public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds from all the evidence <br />submitted that the alley 20 feet in width located in Block 107 of Town <br />of Colton, as recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 37, Records of San <br />Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows: <br />That certain East 'Test alley lying between "H" and "I" Street <br />running from the East line of 9th Street, 80 feet wide, to <br />the West line of 10th Street, 80 feet wide, is <br />unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes and the <br />public interest and convenience requires the closing of said alley. <br />Section Two. The City Council of the City of Colton hereby <br />orders the Vacation of the herein before described alley. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21stday of March 31 <br />1967. <br />ATTEST: <br />Cit C erk <br />Mayor <br />
