R-20-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING A RELEASE OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLE— <br />MENTING HOUSING REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAIN— <br />ING TO THAT ACTIVITY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton approv— <br />ed the Community Development Housing Rehabilitation Activities by <br />adoption of Resolution No. 4446, dated April 3, 1984; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to implement said Hous— <br />ing Rehabilitation Activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Colton authorizes a release of Community Development <br />Funds from Account No. 16-9930-89, in the amount of $14,475.32 for <br />Case No. 83—STBG-077-33; and $10,106.67 for Case No. 83—STBG-077-35. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton authorizes the Director of Community Development to enter <br />into any and all agreements pertaining to the aforementioned case. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, <br />1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />0 <br />HELEN A.
