R-37-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ESTABLISHING A PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE <br />MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL UNIT; THE POLICE RANK <br />AND FILE UNIT; THE FIRE DIVISION CHIEFS UNIT; THE <br />EXECUTIVE UNIT; THE CITY CLERK AND THE CITY TREASURER <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the Job Classification List and Monthly Payroll Rate Schedule, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part <br />hereof, and shall be effective as of July 1, 1985. <br />2. That the Job Classification List and Monthly Payroll Rate Schedule, <br />marked Exhibit "B" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part <br />hereof, and shall be effective as of January 1, 1986. <br />That the City Clerk and City Treasurer perform duties in addition to <br />those compensated by ordinance and are entitled to supplemental compensation. <br />That the supplemental compensation of the City Clerk is hereby fixed <br />at $2,017 per month, and the supplemental compensation of the City Treasurer is <br />hereby fixed at $893 per month effective January 1, 1986. <br />3. That all other Resolutions pertaining to the designated Units are <br />hereby repealed. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 1986. <br />R A.
