R-44-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING TO ASSIGNMENT BY COLTON CABLE - <br />VISION, INC., TO HEELER -OAK COMMUNICATIONS FINANCE CORP. <br />WHEREAS, there was adopted on March 4, 1980, Ordinance No. 1578, <br />an ordinance of the City of Colton granting a non-exclusive franchise for <br />a cable television system to Buena Vista Cable TV of Colton, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, on May 29, 1980, "Agreement Pole Contract Community Antenna <br />Television Company" was made between Buena Vista Cable TV of Colton, Inc., <br />and City of Colton. <br />WHEREAS, Colton Cablevision, Inc., is the successor of Buena Vista <br />Cable TV of Colton, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, Colton Cablevision Inc., on August 15, 1985 in favor of <br />Heller -Oak Communications Finance Corp. made an assignment of contract as <br />collateral security as to said agreement of May 29, 1980. Colton Cablevision, <br />Inc., on August 15, 1985, in favor of Heller -Oak Communications Finance Corp. <br />made an assignment of franchise as collateral security as to said Ordinance <br />No. 1578. <br />WHEREAS, Colton Cablevision, Inc., and Heller -Oak Comnunications <br />Finance Corp. request that City of Colton acknowledge and consent to the <br />said assignments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council resolves as follows: <br />The City consents to the said assignments. <br />DATED: April 1, 1986 <br />ATTEST: <br />�' a. 7610-v� <br />HELEN A.
