1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION R- 12-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ORDERING ANNEXATION <br />NO. 5 TO THE CITY OF COLTON LANDSCAPING <br />LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM AND <br />ORDERING LEVY AND COLLECTION OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton (this <br />City Council) on October 7, 1986 adopted its Resolution No. R-146- <br />86 declaring its intention to order Annexation No. 5 to the City <br />of Colton Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 <br />(the District) for the installation, construction, maintenance <br />servicing and operation of public landscaping and lighting appur- <br />tenant facilities in the District; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the City <br />Clerk his report (the Engineer's Report) containing the matters <br />specified in Section 22567, et. seq., of the Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer's Report has been duly presented <br />by the City Clerk to this City Council for consideration and has <br />fully considered by this City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Resolution of Intention fixed the <br />hour of 7:30 p.m. on November 18, 1986 and that the City Council <br />Chambers of this City Council as the time, date and place for a <br />hearing on the question of Annexation No. 5 to the District <br />and the levy of assessments for Fiscal Year 1986-87 and provided <br />for notice of said hearing; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has filed, in her office, <br />declarations setting forth compliance with the requirements <br />for publishing and mailing and this City Council hereby finds <br />
