R-144-87 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 84-1 (Crossroads Trade Centre) RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER TO BE USED FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROCEEDINGS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, California (this "City Council") proposes to form an assess- ment district under the provisions of the Municipal Improve- ment Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, for the acquisition of ;certain public improvements on behalf of the properties within the proposed assessment district and acquisition of certain land, easements and rights-of-way necessary therefor together with appurtenances and appurtenant work and inci- dental costs and expenses in connection therewith, for the benefit of lands within the exterior boundaries of proposed Assessment District No. 84-1 (Crossroads Trade Centre), all within the exterior boundaries of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California; and WHEREAS, this City Council desires to designate the newspaper to be used for publications in connection with said proceedings. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Bernar- dino, California, and circulated within the City of Colton,
