Adjust the appro,ed fiscal year 1986-87 General Fund <br />1, <br />811 budget by the following amounts: <br />91, City Clerk $ (150) <br />10City Manager (1,400) <br />Finance (1,677) <br />121 Community. Development (800) <br />13! Civic Center (8,000) <br />14' Police (56,861) <br />15' Fire (41,982) <br />16. Public Works (109,986) <br />17! 2. Transfer the amount of $220,856 from the General <br />18' Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund. <br />19 3. Transfer the amount of $49,376 from the R2developmeni <br />20 Agency fund balance to the City's Capital Improvement Fund. <br />21 4. Transfer the amount of $6,400 from the Water Utility <br />22 Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund; monies are available through <br />23 reductions to the existing; capital outlay budget. <br />24 5. Transfer the amount: of $28,000 from, the Electric <br />25 Utility Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund; monies are available <br />26 through reductions to the existing capital outlay budget. <br />27 G. Delete funds approved in the Capital improvement <br />28 Fund budget for improvements to the Police Dispatch Center. <br />
