RESOLUTIONNO. R-48-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT <br />TO THE MT. VERNON CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") has initiated <br />proceedings for the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for the Mt. Vernon Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Council hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the Colton <br />Redevelopment Agency on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Mt. <br />Vernon Corridor Redevelopment Project and the Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report prepared in connection therewith at the following time and <br />place: <br />Date: June 16,1987 <br />Time: 7:30 p.m. <br />Place: In Council Chambers <br />2.
