R-59-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION <br />OF FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL 935, FIRE UNIT OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1987. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City <br />of Colton and representatives of the International Association <br />of Firefighters, Local 935, Fire Unit held pursuant to Governm <br />Code Section 3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum <br />of Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - attached hereto is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein for Calendar Years 1987 and 1988 shall be effective as <br />of January 1, 1987. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, <br />1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
