JOHN REICHEL, REGARDING FILE NUMBER <br />TENTATIVE TRACT 14048 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the Citv of Colton did consider and <br />appeal of a Planninq Commission decision reqardinq Tentative Tract <br />Number 14048; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did give notice of the Public Hearinq as <br />required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing and <br />considered said appeal on December 6, 1988; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, havinq studied and researched such <br />appeal, makes the followinq findinqs: <br />1. The Tentative Tract is in substantial conformance to other <br />lots of similar size in the vicinity• <br />2. The Planninq Commission was correct in requirinq larqer lots, <br />however this tract is compatible with surroundinq parcels. <br />3. The City of Colton did indicate to Mr. Reichel that his <br />proposal was to be compatible with its surroundinqs. <br />
