R-129-88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, that Rule IV Classification; Section 2. Adoption of <br />Plan is hereby amended as follows and shall be effective <br />December 20, 1988: <br />"Before the classification plan or any part <br />thereof shall become effective, it shall first be approved <br />in whole or in part by the City Council. Upon adoption by <br />the Council, the provisions of the classification plan shall <br />be observed in the handling of all personnel actions and <br />activities.
