R-24-88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING <br />THE CITY OF COLTON EMERGENCY PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Emergency Plan has been completed <br />by the Staff of the Colton Fire Department in accordance with Sec- <br />tion 8, of City of Colton Ordinance No. 1384, and Section 2.28.100 <br />of the Colton Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the recommended plan has been coordinated, where ap- <br />plicable, with City of Colton Departments and the County of San <br />Bernardino; and <br />WHEREAS, the plan has been approved by the Office of Emergency <br />Services, State of California. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE. That the City of Colton Emergency Plan be adopted <br />SECTION TWO. That the Fire Chief be directed to forward this <br />Resolution of adoption to the Office of Emergency Services, State of <br />California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
