R-47-88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON GRANTING THE APPEAL FILED <br />BY JOE LACKO ON FILE NO. C-10-87. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did con- <br />sider an appeal of a Planning Commission Resolution, No. 3024; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did give notice of the Public <br />Hearing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing and <br />considered said appeal on June 21, 1988; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, having studied and researched <br />such appeal, makes the following findings: <br />1. Senior Housing is needed - 96 units are needed for <br />the economic viability of this project. <br />2. It is in the best interest of the City of Colton to <br />permit 96 units in this project. <br />3. The Traffic Fee shall be adjusted accordingly to 96 <br />units. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES: <br />The appeal filed by Mr. Joe Lacko regarding File No. C-10- <br />87 for 96 units is granted and the Traffic Fee shall be adjusted <br />accordingly. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1988. <br />FRANK 0 ALES <br />Ma r <br />ATTEST: <br />_V� Q. �'� <br />HELEN A.
