1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER R-112-89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING THE GENERAL <br />PLAN, AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NUMBER <br />R-30231 FOR THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />REQUESTED IN FILE INDEX NUMBER G 2-89 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did consider <br />an Amendment to the General Plan for the City of Colton, File Index <br />Numher G 2-89, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed amendment by the <br />Planning Commission on July 11, 1989; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said General Pian Amendment <br />and the action of the Planning Commission relating thereto in tUll <br />is familiar with contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Councilgave notice of the Public Hearing as <br />required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing on August <br />15, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the city Council did reconsider Assessor Parcel Numbers <br />282-.312-32; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council does make the following findings; <br />1. The proper hufters exist to allow low density residential] <br />development in an estate residential area. <br />2. The property is adjacent to other low density residential <br />development.. <br />3. The Reche Canyon Specific Plan allows and encourage this type <br />of development. <br />
