R-15-89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE <br />INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS, <br />LOCAL 935, FIRE UNIT OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 21, 1989 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full <br />consideration to the results of meetings between <br />representatives of the International Association of <br />Firefighters, Local 935, Fire Unit held pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 3500, ett seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the <br />Memorandum of Understanding, marked Appendix "Alt - <br />attached hereto is incorporated into and made a part <br />hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions <br />provided herein for Calendar Year 1989 shall be effective <br />as of January 21, 1989. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of <br />February, 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />FJVLEN A.
