R-35 -89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING <br />INCREASE IN WATER REVENUE ACCOUNT <br />WHEREAS, the City budget for the purchase of water meters <br />is based on a projection of the level and rate of development <br />activity; and, <br />WHEREAS, developers reimburse the City directly for the <br />total cost of meter purchases; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is difficult to project an accurate revenue <br />or expenditure budget for meter purchases. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Colton that the Finance Department's authorized <br />to automatically increase, without further Council action, the <br />Water Division's Meter Revenue Account No. 21-0925 and correspon- <br />ding revenue account for the costs of purchasing water meters. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1989 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
