R-47-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON SUPPORTING C -CAP LONG RANGE PLAN <br />AND CRIME ANALYSIS - SECOND YEAR FUNDING <br />WHEREAS the City of Colton Police Department has undertaken <br />a project known as the "C -CAP Long Range Plan and Crime Analysis" <br />to be funded in part from the Career Criminal Apprehension <br />Program, administered by the Office of Criminal Justice Planning <br />(hereafter referred to as OCJP). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The City Manager is authorized to submit the second year <br />funding grant application to OCJP and to execute on behalf of the <br />City of Colton the Grant Award, including any extension or <br />amendments thereof. <br />The City of Colton agrees to provide all matching funds <br />required for said project under the Career Criminal Apprehension <br />Program and the rules and regulations of OCJP and that cash be <br />appropriated as required thereby. <br />Grant funds received hereunder shall not be used to supplant <br />expenditures controlled by this body. <br />ADOPTED __B2111_12+ 1989. <br />.hPiPROVED AS(T FORM <br />STEPHEN EDWAR S <br />City Attorney <br />A_71ST <br />HELEN A.
