R-102-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON DECLARING NECESSITY FOR PROPOSED <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 90-1 (MOUNT <br />VERNON CORRIDOR) OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />INCUR A BONDED INDEBTEDNESS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53321 of the California <br />Government Code, the City Council ("the City Council") of the City <br />of Colton (the "City") has adopted a resolution on September 18, <br />1990 (the "Resolution of Intention") declaring its intention to <br />establish proposed Community Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mount <br />Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, <br />State of California (the "Community Facilities District"), for the <br />purpose of providing and financing certain public facilities <br />described in the Resolution of Intention which are necessary to <br />meet increased demands placed upon the City as a result of <br />development which will occur within the Community Facilities <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary for the Community Facilities District to incur a bonded <br />indebtedness for the purpose of providing and financing such <br />public facilities; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
