R-120-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING <br />COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 90-1 <br />(MOUNT VERNON CORRIDOR) OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA, AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUN- <br />DARIES THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, on September 18, 1990, the City Council (the <br />"City Council") of the City of Colton (the "City") adopted Reso- <br />lution No. R-101-90 stating that a proposed community facilities <br />district to be known as "Community Facilities District No. 90-1 <br />(Mount Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California" (the "Community Facilities <br />District"), is proposed to be established under the terms of <br />Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 53311) of Part 1 of Division 2 <br />of Title 5 of the California Government Code, commonly known as the <br />"Mello -Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982" (the "Act"), and <br />fixing the time and place for a public hearing on the establishment <br />of the Community Facilities District; and <br />WHEREAS, notice was published in the San Bernardino Sun <br />and mailed to the owners of property and all persons registered to <br />vote, if any, in the Community Facilities District as required by <br />law relative to the intention of the City Council to establish the <br />Community Facilities District, the levy of special taxes therein, <br />the provision of public facilities therein and the incurring of a <br />bonded indebtedness by the Community Facilities District, and of <br />the time and place of the public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 30, 1990, at the time and place <br />specified in the published and mailed notices, the City Council <br />
