R-122-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION AND SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 90-1 (MOUNT VERNON CORRIDOR) A PROPO- SITION WITH RESPECT TO THE ANNUAL LEVY OF SPECIAL TAXES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FACILI- TIES DISTRICT TO PAY PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON BONDS THEREOF, AND A PROPOSI- TION WITH RESPECT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53325.1 of the California Government Code, the City Council (the "City Council") of the City of Colton (the "City") has adopted Resolution No. R-120-90, the resolution of formation of Community Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mount Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California (the "Community Facilities District"), establishing the Community Facilities District and the boundaries thereof; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53351 of that Code, the City Council has also adopted Resolution No. R-121-90 determining that it is necessary that the Community Facilities District incur a bonded indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 for the purpose of financing the design, construction, and acquisition of certain public facilities for the Community Facilities District; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53326 of that Code, it is necessary that the City Council submit to the voters of the Community Facilities District the proposition with respect to the annual levy of special taxes on the property within the Community Facilities District to pay the principal of and interest on the
