R-122-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, CALLING A <br />SPECIAL ELECTION AND SUBMITTING TO THE <br />VOTERS OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT <br />NO. 90-1 (MOUNT VERNON CORRIDOR) A PROPO- <br />SITION WITH RESPECT TO THE ANNUAL LEVY OF <br />SPECIAL TAXES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FACILI- <br />TIES DISTRICT TO PAY PRINCIPAL OF AND <br />INTEREST ON BONDS THEREOF, AND A PROPOSI- <br />TION WITH RESPECT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF <br />AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE COMMUNITY <br />FACILITIES DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53325.1 of the California <br />Government Code, the City Council (the "City Council") of the City <br />of Colton (the "City") has adopted Resolution No. R-120-90, the <br />resolution of formation of Community Facilities District No. 90-1 <br />(Mount Vernon Corridor) of the City of Colton, County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California (the "Community Facilities <br />District"), establishing the Community Facilities District and the <br />boundaries thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53351 of that Code, the City <br />Council has also adopted Resolution No. R-121-90 determining that <br />it is necessary that the Community Facilities District incur a <br />bonded indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 for the <br />purpose of financing the design, construction, and acquisition of <br />certain public facilities for the Community Facilities District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53326 of that Code, it is <br />necessary that the City Council submit to the voters of the <br />Community Facilities District the proposition with respect to the <br />annual levy of special taxes on the property within the Community <br />Facilities District to pay the principal of and interest on the <br />
