RESOLUTION NO. R -2a-.90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE INTER- <br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS, <br />LOCAL 935, FIRE UNIT OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1990 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consid- <br />eration to the results of meetings between representatives <br />of the International Association of Firefighters, Local 935, <br />Fire Unit held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500, et <br />sec.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Memoran- <br />dum of Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - attached hereto <br />is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted <br />hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions pro- <br />vided herein for Calendar Year 1990 shall be effective as of <br />January 1, 1990. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of <br />April , 1990. <br />FRANK A.
