RESOLUTION NO. R-40-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON <br />POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (RANK AND FILE UNIT) <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 24, 1989 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City of <br />Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Officers <br />Association (Rank and File Unit) held pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 3500 et. seg.: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein shall be effective as of December 24, 1989, contingent <br />upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st of Pim, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
