RESOLUTION NO. R-42-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES <br />ASSOCIATION, MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL UNIT, <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 24, 1989. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City <br />of Colton and representatives of the San Bernardino Public <br />Employees Association, Management/Confidential Unit, held <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et seg.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein shall be effective as of December 24, 1989, contingent <br />upon signatures of representatives of the San Bernardino Public <br />Employees Association. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May <br />1990. <br />i <br />FRANK A.
