R-61-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 003 TO THE <br />MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 08-5065 <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has entered into <br />Agreement No. 08-5065 by and between the City of Colton and the <br />State of California for Federal Aid Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton and the State of <br />California desire to continue to make use of such federal funds <br />as made available within the jurisdictional boundaries of the <br />City of Colton; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its <br />Department of Transportation District 8, has presented the Program <br />Supplement No. 003 for the F.A.U. Project No. M -R028 (006) on <br />Barton Road at the Reche Canyon Road and Hunts Lane intersections; <br />and <br />thereof; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents <br />BE IT RESOLUVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California as follows: <br />1. Supplement No. 003 to the Master Agreement No. <br />08-5065 for the F.A.U. Project No. M -R028 (006) <br />on Barton Road at the Reche Canyon and Hunts <br />Lane intersections is hereby approved. <br />2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby <br />directed to execute said supplement on behalf of <br />the City of Colton. <br />
