R-122-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPOINTING <br />MARK E. LEWIS AS COLTON CITY MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, the selection process for City Manager has been <br />completed and by that process the Council has determined that <br />Mark E. Lewis has been selected as the new City Manager of <br />the City of Colton. <br />NOW, therefore, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />resolves as follows: <br />1. Mark E. Lewis is appointed City Manager effective <br />8 A.M., December 23, 1991. The salary is fixed at <br />$8,458 per month. Following one year of service, <br />the City Council may consider adjusting the <br />monthly salary rate. <br />2. The amount of bond is fixed at $500,000. <br />3. The fringe benefit package is listed in Exhibit "A" <br />attached and incorporated herein is hereby adopted. <br />4.
